Although concentrated magnesium chloride sprays are often called magnesium oil sprays, there's actually no oil in Deb's formula. The spray initially feels slightly slippery on the skin and may become a little tacky as it dries—similar to the feeling of drying after swimming in the ocean. It absorbs and dries in approximately 30–60 seconds without leaving a noticeable residue.

For Deb's routine, spray one to two pumps onto the bottom of each foot before bed and allow it to absorb. Choose Unscented for the simplest two-ingredient formula or Lavender for a light-to-moderate lavender aroma from essential oil.
